Guess where I am!!
I am back at it with the production blogs! But BOY there’s a lot to catch you up on before I get into it.
Yesterday, something happened that neither Charlize, Sabrina, nor myself has prepared for. Something one wouldn’t even think to put in a back up plan. I was hospitalized.
I won’t get into the details, but the doctors plan on keeping me here for the rest of the week. If you can’t already guess, this means pretty bad things in terms of recording the music video. Right now, I can’t even walk, so there’s absolutely nothing I can do on the production side of the video. The doctors aren’t even sure how long it’ll be until I’m able to live my life normally again, whether it’ll be a week or three (hopefully only one!).
Anyway, with this major wreck in the plans, I still have to try to figure things out. What’s that saying? The show must go on! So, while Charlize and Sabrina do as much recording as they can, I will be doing more off the research and planning part.
One thing I’ve already done is the storyboard. I drew it and colored it all myself! I will be honest, I’m not the most talented artist, but I tried my best! In the storyboard and the planning blog, you can see how many props and locations will be used in in the video. While I still have to call all the restaurants that we’d like to record at to see if it’s they would allow filming there, I’m fairly certain most of the places would allow it as I have some personal connections with them. In terms of props, what we plan to use are flowers, chocolates, stuffed animals, phones, and makeup. Most of this stuff is easy to acquire, and I plan for us to each use our own phones and makeup. I think the best place to buy chocolate will be the grocery store, such as Publix or Target. This is also where I plan for us to buy flowers from. I already own Valentine’s day stuffed animals, which I think will be perfect to use for the video.
As of right now, this is the most I can do to help with the production of the video, but hopefully I’ll be well enough by next week to get more done!
Talk to you later,
Ella V. Agnese
